Q: What happens if I do not collect completed work after 30 days?

iFix, Inc is not responsible for unclaimed equipment left over 30 days after work is completed. We will make every attempt to contact you for returning your equipment. Any unclaimed items left over 30 days will become property of iFix, Inc.

Q: Where are you located specifically?

A: We are located across the White Flint Metro Station in the Metro Pike Center. In the Metro Pike Center, we are right next to Jennifer Convertibles on the first floor.

Q: How long does most repairs take?

A: Most repairs take about 30 minutes to an hour. If parts needs to be ordered, it will take 3-5 business days.

Q: What does repair cost cover?

A: It covers both parts and labor.

Q: I have a warranty on my phone. Will any repair you do void my warranty protection?

A: Once your phone has been damaged, the warranty is voided.

Q: My item is not listed on the things you repair… do you guys still repair?

A: If the item you want to fix is not listed, please give us a call at (301)881-8060 and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Do you use original parts?

A: We use high quality OEM/Original parts that works and feels the same.

Q: What is my warranty on my repairs?

A: For all repairs, we currently offer LIFETIME limited warranty. All computer repairs have warranty of 3-6 months. Warranty does not protect against any physical damage to the part repaired, water damage, tampering with internal hardware, damage resulting from attempted customer repairs, jail broken devices and any re-cracking the glass or damage to the LCD.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: Monday thru Friday 10am - 7pm. Saturday 10am - 6pm.

Q: Do you buy used electronics?

A: Yes, we buy phones/tablets/computers from customers

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to get a repair?

A: It is recommended to make an appointment to guarantee your repair(s) are done within a timely manner. However, walk-ins are welcome.

Q: Do you guys do price matching?

A: Unfortunately we do not.

Q: Do you guys unlock and jailbreak phones?

A: Yes we unlock phones and it will take about 3 weeks for iPhones. We do jailbreak phones!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, and debit/credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept checks.

Q: Why should I choose iFix over other repair services?

A: At iFix we strive to beat competitive prices without sacrificing the quality of the parts.

Q: Do you guys fix water damaged electronics?

A: We do our best to fix water damaged electronics after our free diagnosis.

Q: Will I lose my data after a repair?

A: It is highly recommended that you backup your data. If the customer does not know how, we can do it for you at iFix (no cost to you).

Q: My iPhone is disabled, is there any way to get data off of it?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot. However we can wipe the data and factory reset the phone.

Q: My phone is stuck at “Activation Lock”?

A: Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to remove it. Please stay tuned, as we are currently working on this issue.
